The leadership team at MCA is responsible for ensuring that our staff members are providing students with the core values we embrace. It is their responsibility to ensure God’s word is the foundation for all decision-making within our school. They provide guidance and professional development to instill a Christ-like character in our teachers and our students while offering an exceptional education that glorifies God in all we do.

The highly qualified teachers in our kindergarten through fifth grade classes provide a highly supportive and nurturing environment for our students that focuses on academic and spiritual development. Our elementary education staff members teach our students to think critically and work collaboratively while maintaining a Biblical view of the world through service projects and opportunities within the community.

Our energetic high school education team is dedicated to helping our MCA students gain the thirst for life-long learning. By using state-of-the-art instructional strategies, students get to explore the world from a Biblical viewpoint and develop a deeper, more personal relationship with God. Our high school teachers are responsible for giving students the necessary tools to become disciples of Christ upon graduation.
